Chairman

Jan Arve Haugan has broad executive and industrial experience from the energy, construction, and process industries, including leadership roles at Norsk Hydro, where he held senior positions within both oil and gas and aluminium production – most recently as CEO of Qatar Aluminium. He was CEO of Kværner ASA from 2011 to 2018 and subsequently CEO of Aker Energy AS. From early 2021 until March 2024, he served as COO of Freyr Batteries. Jan Arve currently acts as an industrial advisor to Bulk Infrastructure. He also chairs the board of Tensio AS, the regional grid operator in Central Norway, and serves on the board of Aker Solutions ASA, where he is a member of the audit committee. Jan Arve holds a master’s degree in project management from the University of Colorado at Boulder, USA.

Christian Kronstad joined HitecVision in 2016 and is a Senior Partner of the company. He focuses on investments within the energy transition and follows the sector broadly, with a particular attention to renewable power, sustainable fuels, and circular and efficient energy systems. Christian has worked with several HitecVision portfolio companies, covering both traditional energy and energy transition.Christian holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration, with a major in Financial Economics, from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) in Bergen, Norway.

Board member

Lise Matre Wulff holds the position as Senior Business Developer at Å Energi, responsible for strategic and transaction related projects. She has over ten years of experience at Elkem ASA, where she worked with M&A, strategy, marketing and sustainability, gaining broad industrial experience across global operations. Previously, she served as a management consultant at Arkwright. Lise has held several board positions, including Moreld and Babycare. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics from BI Norwegian Business School.
