Vow Green Metals today changes its name to Arbion Industries, marking a new chapter that reflects the company’s ambition of scaling operations and becoming a leading European producer of biocarbon, building an integrated industrial platform for biocarbon production.

Arbion Industries has been awarded EUR 26.2 million from the EU Innovation Fund to build a 30,000-ton annual biocarbon facility. The plant will convert 95,000 tons of biomass into biocarbon and bio-oil each year, while delivering surplus energy and biogenic CO₂ to surrounding businesses.

Siva has acquired the real-estate holding company for the Hønefoss biocarbon facility — now Siva Treklyngen Eiendom AS. The agreement, valued at approximately NOK 152 million, strengthens long-term development of the project and the region’s green industry infrastructure.
